Come join us for a great weekend at Twin Bridges on the North Fork of the White!

Float Plan -  Plan to meet Friday evening to review water levels and make the choices.

We'll meet at the campground to run shuttle at 8am both days.


Float Possibilities include:
- Hebron Access to Twin Bridges 5.5mi.
- Twin Bridges to Hammond Camp 5.1mi.
- Twin Bridges to Blair Bridge 15.1mi.
- Hammond Camp Area to Blair Bridge 10mi.
- Blair Bridge to Dawt Mill 7.7mi.
- Bryant Creek Sycamore to Warren Bridge 7.4mi. 

Difficulty Level I, occasionally II. Suitable for all skill levels.
River maps and descriptions:
- North Fork of the White
- Bryant Creek

The North Fork river stage monitoring location is near Tecumseh, Mo. Last year we paddled at stage 2.91ft. both days. 
   
Camping & Lodging
We will be camping at Twin Bridges Resort.

For those not wanting to camp out, RV sites with electric hookups and air conditioned cabins are available at Twin Bridges. Motels are available in nearby West Plains, MO.

Places to Eat
If you are staying at the Twin Bridges Resort, the obvious choice is their Bar & Grill. If you like beer, be sure to try the award winning Black Walnut Wheat from Piney River Brewing. Expect a local crowd and live music on Saturday night.

Other attractions
The Hodgson Water Mill is on the shuttle route to Sycamore on the Bryant Creek.  The historic site is well worth a stop on the way back to camp.

This meetup is for Bluff City Canoe Club members and their guests.  If you are not a member, we would love to have you join.  Membership is just $30 for the year and includes your entire family.
