Waiver List as of
Trip
leaders should print this list and some blank application/waivers for any trip.
They should have anyone who is not a member or does not have a current waiver sign
one.
The
third column shows the year of the waiver and the initials of the member(s)
that signed the waiver. Any waivers
secured should be sent to John Adams for input to the database. Then he will forward them to Membership for
filing. Non-members do not have to join
the club, but they do need to print their name and address in the application
section and clearly sign the bottom of the waiver. A note should be made that they paid $ 0 and
they are not members. If they are
members, but this list shows they do not have a valid waiver, the application
should be marked “change of information”.
